Covid Travel Guarantee

We realise that booking a holiday in these uncertain times is full of uncertainty. It is hard to predict what will happen in one month's time let alone a year.

2:09 Events Limited is a well financed ATOL-bonded travel agent and we want to reassure you that you can look and plan ahead without risking any money you deposit with us by offering a COVID-guarantee against all travel booked with us in 2021. 

1. If your trip cannot go ahead due to COVID restrictions either in the UK or your destination, you will have the right to transfer your money to another 2:09 Events trip. Alternatively you can take a full refund of everything you have paid.
2. 2:09 Events will make no administrative charges or deductions for COVID-related transfers or refunds.
3. You will not be asked to pay the full balance of your booking unless we are certain the trip can go ahead
4. If we believe the trip is not COVID viable we will cancel it at least 30 days before you are due to travel.
5. We will cancel a trip if at the time you are due to depart: 
• The UK remains under a national lockdown 
• There is a ban on foreign travel from the UK to your destination
• Significant COVID restrictions remain in place within the country or city of your destination
• In consultation with our local partners, we have any concerns that we can deliver a safe and enjoyable experience.
